Valsugana is the right choice also for winter holidays, with the offer of the various winter sports surrounded by a natural landscape of stunning beauty and far away from the hassle and hustle of the most popular ski resorts.
The Panarotta 2002 and Ski Area Valsugana resorts connect 15 ski fields – 18 km – of different degrees of difficulty, till a maximum height of 2000 m on Lagorai.
The 15-km ski fields of Passo Brocon are serviced with snow guns and are combined with two cross-country tracks – one 3,5 km and one 7 km long, for classic and skating techniques, an easy ski slope for beginners and snow with covered tapis roulant, a track for sledges, the ski & snowboard school and a special area for kids, named “Skilandia”. Here you can ski even during the night, thanks to the lighting system functioning on two ski fields.
Ski-touring lovers will find their paradise on the mountains of Valsugana, with a wide range of ad-hoc trails, with various lengths and height differences.
Many scenic itineraries of different lengths, technical levels and difficulty degrees are available for the nature lovers, who will enjoy the snow-capped nature using the traditional Alpine popular snow-shoes.
